Shipping Costs:
Orders are shipped usually within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Packages are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS rate to the continental United States (7 to 10 days for delivery after package is shipped). The shipping fee is only $6.95 for orders under $25. Orders above $25 only pay 15% of the order's total.
We do not accept orders outside the continental United States (unless your order is for eBooks, which we offer for sale worldwide).
Return Policy:
At Wiccan Supplies.net, our main goal is to ensure your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and convenient.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 7 days of receiving your purchased items, and we will promptly process your request.
Canceled or Refused orders:
All returned items are subject to an administration and restocking fee of 25%. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you in US dollars. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Merchandise must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods and requires an authorization from the customer service department support@wiccansupplies.com
The returned products must be received by Wiccan Supplies.net in resaleable condition.

Damage:
For your convenience, your order is triple checked before it is sent out to you to ensure customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, you will be required to return the merchandise and packaging for inspection.
